Physical Therapy
Phase 1 (0 to 2 weeks) is over.

The staples and large band aid has been removed and "butterflies" across the incision were applied.
I still can't bend my knee. The brace is set for 0% and I've got to keep in on 24/7, but at least the white hose can be taken off at night (The hose makes my leg warm.). I can also take a shower, which will be a lot better than standing and sitting in front of the sink with a wash cloth getting me, the floor and counter top soaked. I still can't drive, but I can put some weight on my foot to help me get around.
Phase 2 will be 2 to 6 weeks
Phase 3 will be 6 weeks to 3 months
After four months I should be able to walk normally.
After 6 months I should be able to return to doing most everything I was doing before. He recommended that I not play softball for one year.

I'm no longer on home health care. My follow up appointment with the doctor was today and he removed the staples. Physical Therapy at their facility begins tomorrow.

Glad to hear you are on the mend! You've been in my prayers.
Oh, and you look better in a ball uniform than a hospital gown.
