Cookie Box Arrived!

I was so excited when I checked the mail today.  There was a key to a Post Office box for packages, so I just knew MY cookies finally found their way to The Villages.  You can image my anticipation when I open the mail box and found a box mailed from Ohio.  My mouth was drooling while I drove home and parked the golf cart into the garage.  Once inside I literally riped open the box to taste one of My beloved cookies.

Alas!  I was disappointed once again.  There was one half eaten cookie, an empty Valvoline oil can, an old golf ball, an Ashland Oil patch, and a dead Partridge from a pear tree with a note informing me the cookies were very good this year.

Will my heart ever be healed?  I just don't know.

So to all of you, I wish you the best Christmas ever and please do not think of me with NO cookies.  I'm sure it will all work out and I'll be a better person for it.
