DW40 and Duck Tape
With a roll of duck tape and a can of DW40 there is nothing that can't be repaired. It's not rained here in over a month, so I haven't washed the car for awhile. I drove it the other day and it was so filthy with girt I couldn't stand it, so today after work I washed the car. And with Barbara's many trips to St. Pete to visit her mother and to Brooksville to visit her sister-in-law (I've also made some of those visit.), there were four million bugs on the front bumper. Not having much around to remove bugs, I thought I remembered hearing that DW40 would work. It does! So when you want to rid your bumper of bugs, oil a squeaky door, need help with a rusty bolt, or any other item that needs to work more smoothly, DW40 is your tool. I have a small tear on the toe of one of my golf shoes. Yep, duck tape repaired it and it's now "water resistant" again. At work on the driving range a flag pin was splintered. I duck taped it and it's good as new (as long as you don't look at the bottom end). So ladies, if you ever want to know what to buy that special man in your life, a case of DW40 and a sleeve of duck tape will make him happy and all your "to do's" can be taken care of in minutes so he can spend more time enjoying life with you or with his golf clubs.
